Job Description

Role: Digital Marketing Analyst

Work Location: Chennai

We are in search of an experienced digital marketing analyst for our team. The duties will involve crafting different digital campaign strategies,  monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, collecting data, track market trends, and delivering comprehensive reports.


  • Formulate the marketing strategy and scalable proof of concepts for our products.
  • Devise and implement a robust digital marketing plan to support our growth objectives.
  • Daily planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing multiple paid campaigns.
  • Interface and communicate with all levels of management and staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing results through deep analytics.
  • Analyze issues and problems systematically, gather broad and balanced input, draw sound conclusions, design strategic direction and translate conclusions into timely decisions and actions.
  • In-depth experience with website analytics concepts and tools.
  • Manage a process of iterative A/B testing to continually improve performance through optimised messaging and targeting.

Desired experience:

  • Strong 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy or demand generation & paid search.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Ability to think out of the box, to engage in deep listening and deep analytics and proven expertise to come up with extraordinary solutions.
  • Must have strong understanding of effective marketing strategies across all major digital media channels.
  • Deep knowledge and distinct track record of different aspects of digital marketing and analytics.
  • Ablility to collaborate and explain complex concepts in layman’s language, able to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
  • Maximize profits by using creative and analytical skills to write advertisements, plan campaign strategy, analyze traffic statistics.
  • Proven ability to derive actionable insights from a lot of data and present to senior executive.
