Job Description

• Develop daily, weekly and monthly reporting on the health of the digital commerce sales funnel and overall website experience

• Conduct deep analysis on customer pathing and conversions to optimize site experience

• Evaluate the contribution of marketing channels to overall site performance. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive action

• Assist in finding insights and create recommendations via written and verbal communications that can be understood by a broad audience

• Establish & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in eCommerce, eProcurement, Marketing, Product Partner Management and Sales to drive actionable insights

• Provide Ad hoc analysis in support of the Digital Product Management team

• Adobe Analytics Developer Certification

• Experience with Adobe Suite, Decibel, Google Analytics, Qualtrics, OneTrust

• Experience utilizing collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint • Knowledge of A/B and or multivariate testing

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
