Job Description

Working as a sr. graphic designer, you will be expected to make independent creative decisions, guide graphic designers on your team, approve their efforts, or push them in the direction you think the project should go. You will need to be an experienced professional to take on this role, with years of practice of creating graphics, brand identity and leading a team.

Expert, flexible, and able to succeed in a rapidly competitive environment, Self-starters who can identify opportunities and potential problems – and address them effectively and efficiently, Excellent communicators with strong organizational, and time management skills.

Key skills and knowledge:

  • Experience using the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce still graphics
  • Develop graphics and layouts for visually arresting graphics – from gifs to infographics, quote graphics to personality illustrations
  • Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
  • Reviewing junior designer drafts / work to ensure quality standards across clients
  • Generating fresh concepts for various clients.
  • Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
  • Liaising with the Account Management Team to ensure timely delivery of work
  • Keeping up-to-date with latest trends on social / digital platforms
  • Ability to create custom graphic templates & strands for quicker execution
  • Keeping up to date with new technologies, software and techniques.

General:

  • A graphic design qualification or similar.
  • Portfolio with design projects. Variety is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a graphic designer.
  • Working experience with image design tools (e.g. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator).
  • A keen eye for visual details, aesthetic skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
  • Multitasker, with ability to work under pressure in dynamic conditions.
  • Willing to work as per sports calendar as and when required (Sunday’s / evening shift etc) 
  • Understanding and interest in sports is beneficial.
