Job Description


SEO Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with our business goals and target audience.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content creation and optimize website architecture for search engine crawling and indexing.

Content Optimization

  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure all website content is SEO-friendly, utilizing best practices for on-page optimization.
  • Optimize meta tags, headers, and descriptions across the website to improve click-through rates from search engine results pages.

Link Building

  • Develop and execute a link-building strategy to enhance domain authority and improve search rankings.
  • Monitor backlink profile to identify and disavow any harmful links that could impact SEO performance.

Technical SEO

  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that could affect website performance in search engines.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO enhancements, such as improving site speed, mobile optimization, and schema markup.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Utilize SEO analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track and report on the performance of SEO efforts.
  • Provide actionable insights based on analytics to continuously refine and improve the SEO strategy.

Trend Monitoring and Adaptation

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Adjust SEO strategies as necessary to adapt to changes in the digital landscape and maintain competitive advantage.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, content, and IT, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital initiatives.


  • 2-5 years of proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role, with a track record of improving SEO performance and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficient in technical SEO, content strategy, and link-building techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
