Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Web Content Writer with a minimum of 1-2 years or above of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting compelling content and a proven ability to engage audiences effectively. This position offers a competitive compensation package with an annual CTC in the range of 4-5 lakhs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality and engaging written content for diverse platforms, including blog articles, website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and more.
• Audience Management: Craft content that resonates with our target audience, encourages interaction, and drives meaningful engagement.
• Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, local events, and relevant topics to create content that resonates with the local audience
• Writing Style: Adapt writing style to align with our brand’s tone, voice, and values while maintaining clarity and grammatical accuracy.
• SEO Optimization: Implement basic SEO techniques to improve content discoverability and enhance search engine rankings.
• Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure precision, consistency, and adherence to our brand guidelines.
• Familiarity with online content generation/AI tools is a must.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate – Any stream (non-technical degrees would be preferred) or candidate with a minimum 2 years work experience.
• Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices.
• An understanding of formatting articles on the web.
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
• Write web content articles and website page content per SEO best practices.
• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
