Job Description

As Senior Graphic Designer, in this role you will work closely with Creative Directors from Europe and India to deliver Merkle’s Go To Market brand design materials.The role is based out of Bangalore and will require close collaboration with UK and Americas. We are looking for someone who has an expertise in graphic design and presentation design with a keen eye for detail. Work on concepts with a strong understanding on adapting to brand guidelines. Strong visual design with typographic skills.
Formal design education & portfolio is mandatory along with 3+ years of experience.

Job Description:

Skills & Expertise • A creative thinker, with the ability to push things. • Proficiency in graphic design elements and principles. • In-depth knowledge and understanding of colors, form, typefaces, their attributes etc. • Work with a wide range of media, meeting deadlines and working with constraints effectively. • Pay attention to the detailed aspects of a creative to ensure high accuracy in copy, layout and technical execution. • Strong story teller and experience with presentation design. • Stay up to date on design trends, platforms, tools, and best practices.
Experience & Qualifications • Strong work ethic and client presentation skills. • Bachelor’s degree (BDes, MDes, BFA, MFA) from accredited Universities. • 3+ years of relevant design experience. • Design portfolio with experience across branding and concept design.
Tools & Platforms • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft PowerPoint. • Working knowledge of other key software and tools relevant to the industry • Working knowledge on Figma is an added advantage.
