Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across different platforms.
  • Expert in Google ads/PPC
  • Social media ads experience (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Social media Handling (General posting and managing profile)
  • Collaborate with Account Directors, Content Marketers, Designers, and SEO Specialists to build comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth research to find the ideal keywords and/or audiences to target.
  • A/B testing platforms, ad types, audiences, creative and ad copy to find the best performing variations
  • Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Investigate and identify optimization opportunities to improve ad performance and get the best results for clients.
  • Recommend forward-thinking strategies and innovations.
  • Build reports and pitches to present to clients.
  • Perform QA and timely troubleshooting of tagging and pixel placements to ensure proper tracking
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, changes, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication skills are written and verbal
  • 2+ years of experience in successfully developing and executing Digital campaigns.
  • Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook ads, LinkedIn Advertising, etc).
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
  • Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, messages, etc.)
